• Ground floor

On the ground floor you’ll find a cosy living room with a separate dining area. There is flat screen television, which provides a large selection of European television channels.
The luxury kitchen is equipped with Siemens appliances (large refrigerator and freezer, ceramic hob, combination oven / microwave and dishwasher).
There is a separate toilet and an enclosed sleeping area with two bedrooms and a bathroom with bath and 2nd toilet.
In the storage room (under the stairs) there is a Bosch washing machine, an ironing board and iron. All windows have wooden French shutters; for sliding doors there are rolling shutters.

 

  • First floor

On the first floor are two bedrooms, a second bathroom with shower and 3rd toilet as well as a covered terrace (loggia/balcony).

  • Garden

The garden has a private pool with a beautiful terrace. There are plenty of loungers. In the garden is a raised terrace with garden furniture (table and chairs).
On the covered terrace (adjoining the house) is a dining area with a dining table and ten chairs. The villa is equipped with high-speed internet / Wi-Fi. Connexion to Wi-Fi is for our renters for free, the signal carries far into the garden.

  • Facilities

The villa parc offers several facilities. Aside the fact that you can use the private pool, the parc also offers a large commun pool. This pool is 300 m² and has a baby bath (50 m²) as well as loungers and parasols. The swimming pool is opened from may till September. Also you have access to 2 tennis courts, a soccer/basket ball court, a table tennis table and some playsets for children. This means that besides the beautiful surroundings, you can also enjoy the facilities the parc offers. There is a management couple all year long at the parc. For breakfast with fresh bread you can address your request to the reception. For small grocery you can go to the bakery and the local super market which are near by.

  • Surroundings

The holiday parc Domaine Les Rives de l’Ardèche is situated at the river Ardèche. The cosy village of Vallon-Pont-d’Arc is only a 3 minutes’ drive away.
When you walk through the authentic streets and have a drink at one of the many terraces you are in the heart of the typical French culture. For nature lovers, Domaine Les Rives de l’Ardèche is a perfect base for the holidays. The large diversity of flowers, plants and animals makes this place a perfect location for a holiday in the nature. And don’t forget to visit the impressive Gorges de l’Ardèche! Both the domaine as well as the magnificent surroundings will make your holidays fantastic!
